AI Pawkedex for iOS: Beta Coming in the Next Few Weeks

I’m excited to announce that I’m currently working on porting AI Pawkedex to iOS and the first beta version should be available in the next few weeks.

After releasing the Android beta on Google Play, it’s finally time to bring the AI animal identification app to Apple devices as well.

What to expect from the iOS beta

The iOS version will include all the core features already available on Android:

All core features

  • Sign in with Apple and Google: quick and secure access through your accounts
  • AI animal analysis: identify any animal from a photo and get detailed information
  • Coins system: same balance between free coins (with automatic refill) and premium coins
  • Pokédex experience: interface inspired by the legendary Pokémon device

Optimized for iOS

The app will be fully optimized for the Apple ecosystem, leveraging:

  • Native iOS design: fluid interface that follows Apple’s guidelines
  • Optimized performance: efficient use of iOS device resources
  • System integration: support for iPhone and iPad-specific features

Roadmap to beta

The development process is already well underway:

  1. ✅ Completed: iOS development environment setup
  2. 🔄 In progress: core feature implementation and testing
  3. 📋 Next steps: final optimizations and TestFlight preparation
  4. 🚀 Goal: public beta release on TestFlight within a few weeks

How to join the iOS beta

As soon as the beta is ready, it will be distributed through TestFlight (Apple’s official beta testing program).
